Gallery Application for 2025

Cookeville Art Studio and Gallery is now taking applications to show in our 1100sq ft gallery. Our CAS Gallery has been completely updated. We average around 4,000 visitors a year coming into our Studio and Gallery.

Please fill out this application to exhibit in the CAS Gallery during the year 2025. Each Gallery show is a month long. Gallery rental fees are $150 for CAS members and $200 for nonmembers. If more than one artist is showing during the month the rental fee will be split between showing artists. There is also a 20% commission on all art sold at CAS or through CAS. Artists will be chosen by a nonpartisan board. If artwork is such that would not cover the gallery, more than one artist will be chosen. We also have floor space for non-wall art.

As with all galleries, attendance depends on advertising and invitations. We will advertise each show on our website, FB, Instagram and on the radio. We encourage all artists to invite people to their show. Artists are also encouraged to host an opening and or closing reception. The cost of the receptions is paid by the artist, CAS will provide the space and tables.

The name, email, and photos will be recorded when you upload files and submit this form. Any files that are uploaded will be shared outside of the organization they belong to. CAS has the right to refuse to display any art.

Applications are due by October 1,2024. There is a $15 application fee that is nonrefundable, but if you are given a month to show, it will apply to your gallery rental fee.
