Cookeville Art Studio and Gallery
Open Gallery Juried Show

The Cookeville Art Studio’s Open Gallery Show is a 2D and 3D juried mixed media
exhibition open to all artists. It is intended to showcase exceptional work produced
throughout our region.

Over $2,000 in awards will be presented.

ENTRY DEADLINE:

Submissions MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 10, 2018.

Entry must be submitted online. The entry form is located at the bottom of this page. After filling out the form, you will be prompted to pay the entry fee.

ENTRY FEE:

Members $25 for one to three entries.
Non-Members $35 for one to three entries.

Delivery of Accepted Pieces – Friday and Saturday, May 25 and 26

Reception and Awards Presentation – Thursday, June 7, 4-8 p.m.
Show Closing and Art Work Pick Up – Thursday, June 28, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Eligibility

Open to all artists 18 years and older. All works must be the artist’s original and
completed in the last three years.

2D Artwork must not exceed:
48 inches in width and 72 inches in height (excluding frame)

Additional Rules

All work must be suitably framed or gallery wrapped with sides painted, wired and
ready for hanging.
2D works on paper must be framed under plexiglass or glass.
3D Artwork must not exceed:
weight limit – 50 pounds
footprint – 30 inches x 30 inches
height – 7.5 feet
no electrical connections
